**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement process for IT hardware and related products.
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and handle any discrepancies or delays.
- Track and maintain procurement records, including pricing and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements and budgets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the IT hardware domain.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in handling purchase orders, vendor management, and pricing analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
