**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning**: Coordinate with project teams to understand material and service requirements for real estate projects.
- **Vendor Development**: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and contractors. Build and maintain a strong vendor base.
- **Cost Negotiation**:Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- **Contract Management**: Assist in drafting and managing procurement-related contracts and agreements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and project requirements.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with warehouse and project teams to manage inventory levels and avoid delays.
- **Compliance**: Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and government regulations.
- **Reporting**:Maintain records of purchases, pricing, vendor performance, and prepare procurement reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Knowledge of local markets in Kolkata and Noida is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (SAP, ERP, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and deliverables across locations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of building materials, construction contracts, and supplier evaluation.
- Willingness to travel between Kolkata and Noida as needed.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus for Kolkata role.
