**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients in the stone industry.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize CRM software to organize and streamline customer interactions and data.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and Google Sheets to communicate key metrics and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles within the stone industry, preferably dealing with overseas markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, with the ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
