**We are hiring for Sr Executive - CRM at Jaipur**

**Role and Responsibilities** **Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.** Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. **Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.** Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. **Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.** Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. **Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.** Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. **Un
- Cap PLI -(Performance Link Incentive)** Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

**Experience :**:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. o Experience in selling health insurance Pharma similar financial products is a plus.
**Education : Any Graduate**
**Location **: Sahakar Marg, behind IOCL Petrol Pump (MNG GROUP), Jaipur, 302001
**Salary : Up to 20-30K + Variable**
