**Job Description for Telesales Executive**

**Job Title: - **Telesales Executive

**Location**:

- Jaipur

**Responsibilities for Telesales Executive**
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective customers, including students, parents, and educational institutions, to introduce our educational products.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our educational products and services, including online courses, e-learning platforms, and digital learning resources.
- Address inquiries and concerns from prospects regarding our offerings, pricing, delivery methods, and educational outcomes.
- Qualify leads based on their interest level, educational requirements and potential for conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and follow
- up actions in the company’s customer relationship management(CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, conversation held, and leads generated.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s latest offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide relevant information to prospects.

**Qualification And Skills:

- Minimum graduation; relevant experience in telemarketing sales, and customer service.
- Excellent Verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to address customer queries effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and digital communication tools.
- Self -motivate and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in language relevant to the target market (if applicable).
- Knowledge of the education sector, learning methodologies, and EdTech industry trends an advantage.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and objection professionally.
