Job Description: Telesales Executive

**Position Title: Telesales Executive

**Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- **Lead Management**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening techniques.
- **Sales Conversion**: Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into customers, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and communication.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products/services offered to address customer queries and provide tailored solutions.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to assist in improving products/services and the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
