**Job Summary: -**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- nitiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
- Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Present and promote the company’s products/services over the phone, offering tailored solutions to prospects.
- Follow up on leads, answer queries, and close sales in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Keep a thorough record of customer interactions and maintain up-to-date CRM databases.
- Sales Target Achievement,Product Knowledge & Consultation, Reporting & Feedback, Collaboration with Other Teams, Continuous Learning & Improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and close sales over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cold calling and handling inbound sales inquiries.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
