**Job Title - International Telecall Executive - Software Sales**

**Experience Req. - Min 1-2 Years**

**Location - Coimbatore**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct inside sales by reaching out to prospective clients in Singapore via calls.
- Pitch HR software solutions to potential clients, effectively highlighting product benefits.
- Generate and collect high-quality leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding services and product offerings.
- Track leads and sales progress, updating CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with international clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Any degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English; ability to engage with international clients in Singapore).
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Previous experience in international sales (preferably in tele sales) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, with international sales experience being a significant advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 2 years (preferred)
- International voice process: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
