About the Role:
We are hiring a result-driven Tele Sales who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. This role demands exceptional communication, and solid organizational skills to support both front-end business growth and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales:
Aggressively drive sales through outbound calls to qualified leads.

Convert cold and warm leads into active customers with persuasive communication.

Confidently explain product/service offerings and close deals over the phone.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets without fail.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively with prospects.

Administrative Management:
Maintain and streamline office and client documentation, invoices, and reports.

Coordinate internal communications between sales, operations, and support teams.

Manage schedules, appointments, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

What We Expect:
Strong command over English, Tamil
- both verbal and written.

Prior experience in tele sales or admin support is mandatory.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

High level of professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales and/or administrative support roles.
