**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately understand the programs and its benefits offered by the institute.

2. Updating our internal database with new & converted prospects.

3. Contacting active prospects to encourage traffic and registrations to our programs.

4. Addressing clients in a courteous and coherent manner.

5. Redirecting the prospect to the appropriate medium when necessary.

6. Reporting progress of prospects to the team for closing.

**Qualifications**:
1. Strong proficiency in English

2. Passion for acquiring and converting prospects

3. Proficient in customer engagement and support.

4. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)

**Salary**:
Rs 10,000 per month + incentives
