Telesales Associate, Male(2-4 yrs exp in retail sector), Coimbatore
Responsible to ensure high quality customer satisfaction of online customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service support
- Customer Enquiry and updates

- Understanding of the basics of Indian jewelry
industry, history and culture.
- Knowledge of jewelry marketing, customer
relations, product display, customer information,
after-sales services, so as to achieve high level of
effectiveness in Sales.
- Knowledge about Diamonds.
- Good Knowledge about CRM software.
- Familiar with online product delivery process.
- Familiar with online payment methods and
procedures.
- Working knowledge of customer service software,
databases and tools.
