**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Industry

**Location**: Plot No. 1, Hawa Sadak, Geejgarh Vihar Colony, Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006
**Shift Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Management**: - Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address their queries, provide product information, and offer assistance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle client feedback, complaints, and requests effectively
2. **Dispatch and Logistics**: - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. - Track and monitor shipments, update clients on delivery status, and address any issues or delays. - Maintain proper documentation and records related to dispatch and logistics activities.

3. **Billing and Order Management**: - Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts accurately for client purchases and orders. - Manage repair requests, coordinate with the repair team, and ensure timely completion of repairs. - Process and track orders, update inventory systems, and ensure stock availability for timely order fulfillment.

4. **Ledger Matching and Documentation**: - Match client payments with invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate ledger entries. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to billing, orders, repairs, and client interactions. - Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards in ledger management.

5. **Timely Execution**: - Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to ensure on-time delivery of services, billings, and order processing. - Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and streamline operational processes. - Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all customer-related transactions and interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in customer service, client management, or related roles in the Gems and Jewellery industry is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

4. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing dispatch, logistics, and billing processes.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Problem-solving skills to address client issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
