Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online research, databases, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including brands, manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with exhibitors for our upcoming fairs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event management teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, event sales, or the apparel/têxtile industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
