**Customer Relationship Executive - Tiles & Pavers Business**

**Job Summary**:
The **Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)** plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Sales Support & Business Development**:

- Assist in generating new business by identifying potential clients.
- Provide customers with product details, pricing, and recommendations based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

**Order Processing & Coordination**:

- Manage customer orders, from inquiry to delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely dispatch of tiles and pavers.
- Keep customers updated on their order status and delivery schedules.

**Market & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest tile and paver trends, designs, and technologies.
- Understand competitor products and market positioning.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences and market trends.

**After-Sales Support & Complaint Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and ensure resolution in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

✔ **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably in the tiles, pavers, or construction materials industry.

✔ **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

✔ **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

✔ **Problem-Solving**: Quick decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

✔ **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

✔ **Sales & Negotiation**: Understanding of sales processes and ability to close deals.

**Work Environment & Expectations**:

- **Location**: Office-based with occasional field visits to client sites.
- **Timings**: Regular business hours, with flexibility as per client needs.
- **Travel**: May require travel to meet customers or attend industry events.

**Salary & Benefits**:
