About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales/service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product information.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, service, etc.) to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Record and maintain customer data in CRM software accurately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in sales leads generation and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relationship roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary:
