**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities/ Job Description**:

- Handle queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure client retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Take initiative in improving customer service processes and contribute ideas to boost customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and assist in post-sales support activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.**:

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
