**Job Title: Assistant CRM**

**Position Overview**: As an Assistant CRM, you will play a vital role in supporting the CRM team by managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM systems, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service and that their needs are met effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including contact details, purchase history, and preferences.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with returns or exchanges.
- **CRM System Administration**: Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CRM software, ensuring proper functionality and data accuracy.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate and analyze reports to track customer behavior, identify trends, and assess CRM strategies' effectiveness.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-driven insights and support in targeting and nurturing customer relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, CRM, or a similar role is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
