**Executive - Customer Service Delivery**

**Location**:CHENNAI

**Business Unit**:Records Management

**Number of Positions: 2**

**Key Performance Objectives**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Meeting clients, resolving queries, seek feedback.
- **Internal**: Collaborate with Operations team, facilitate service delivery of requests raised. Update system data regularly in CRM etc.
- **Up-Sell, Deep-Sell, Cross-Sell**: Additional or New Services to enhance Revenue.
- **Client Operations**: Invoicing on time, Collections to meet Aging Targets.
- **Contract Renewals **with higher rates or more services.

**Experience**: 2-3 Years.

**Job TASKS**:
**1. Client Relationship Management**:

- **Proactively meet** with clients: Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- **Address client issues**: Resolve any client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships: Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
- **Deep selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients.

**2. Internal Coordination**:

- **Collaborate with operations team**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Coordinate client requests**: Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to meet client expectations.
- **Collect feedback**: Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

**3. Tech Savviness and Digital Insight**:

- Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, digital services, and technological advancements.
- Leverage technology: Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.

**4. End-to-End Client Servicing**:

- Onboarding: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Payments and invoicing: Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection processes.
- Client retention: Implement strategies to retain clients and prevent churn.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
