Inventrax is a leading provider of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), dedicated to optimizing warehouse operations for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Professional to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Analysis**:Study and understand the client's warehouse operations and processes.
**Demo Preparation**:Customize and prepare software demos based on the client's specific operations. **Presentation**:Present the tailored software demo to clients, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of our WMS.
**Follow-up**:Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
**Query Resolution**:Resolve any functional and technical queries raised by clients during the demo presentation.
**Requirements**:
**Expertise in WMS**:Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
**Sales Interest**:A strong interest in sales and business development.
**Experience**:Prior experience in any role supporting sales, preferably in a related field.
**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills to address client queries effectively.
**Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
**Technical Acumen**:Basic technical understanding to resolve functional and technical queries.
