**Role Overview**

We are seeking a sharp and data-driven **Performance Max Shopping Strategist** to lead strategy and performance for Google Shopping campaigns using Performance Max. This role requires a deep understanding of how to structure, optimize, and scale product-based campaigns that deliver real ROI. You’ll be responsible for aligning campaign execution with strategic goals and unlocking the full potential of PMax for ecommerce success. **We value proven results and platform knowledge over certifications.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage strategies for Google Performance Max campaigns focused on Shopping.
- Optimize product feeds, audience signals, creative assets, and bidding strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities across catalog segments, search intent, and audience behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-backed improvements.
- Collaborate with design or product teams to ensure ad assets and landing pages align with campaign goals.
- Report on performance, insights, and next steps with clarity and focus on business impact.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Shopping and/or Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong understanding of product feed structure, Merchant Center setup, and conversion tracking.
- Skilled in using Google Ads and Google Analytics for performance analysis.
- Ability to translate data into strategic actions that improve sales and efficiency.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience managing large product catalogs or dynamic product ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with feed management tools or feed optimization tactics.
- Understanding of ecommerce funnels and CRO best practices.
