**Role Overview**:
As an Agency Ads Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing targeted strategies, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to stay ahead of trends and innovations in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement digital advertising strategies tailored to clients' objectives, whether through social media, search, programmatic, display, or other paid media channels.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the end-to-end management of client ad campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accurate budget allocation, and optimization for better performance.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Regularly analyze and interpret performance data to assess campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- **Optimization**: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure they are performing at their best, including A/B testing, adjusting targeting, and refining messaging.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients, understanding their business goals, presenting strategies and results, and managing expectations.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure the agency remains competitive and offers the latest solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members including creatives, designers, content strategists, and data analysts to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Track and optimize ad spend to ensure clients' budgets are allocated effectively, maximizing ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or similar.
- **Platform Knowledge**: Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- **Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinking**: Ability to craft compelling ad copy, create engaging visuals, and think strategically to align campaigns with client goals.
- **Project Management**: Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain strategies and results to clients and internal teams.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with advertising and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and paid media automation.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
