We are seeking an Experienced Google Ads Strategist with a proven track record in managing multiple Google Ads accounts and driving effective lead generation strategies for diverse clients.
As a Google Ads Strategist at our agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective Google Ads strategies across multiple client accounts, with a specific focus on lead generation. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms to create and optimize campaigns that drive quality leads and align with clients' business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are strategically sound, results-driven, and continuously optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.
Develop customized Google Ads strategies using Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube Ads to achieve client goals, particularly around lead volume and cost-efficiency.
Perform in-depth keyword research, create high-converting ad copy, and optimize landing pages to maximize lead generation and lower cost-per-lead (CPL).
Analyze performance data from Google Ads and Google Analytics to identify trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for campaign improvements.
Implement A/B testing strategies to continually refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, industry challenges, and target audiences to tailor Google Ads strategies accordingly.
Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and deliver optimal results.
Work closely with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategies.
Provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to share knowledge and help develop their skills in Google Ads and lead generation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Strategist or similar role, with significant experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts for clients in a digital marketing agency environment.
Expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a deep understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to optimize campaigns.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive, results-driven lead generation strategies tailored to client needs and industry-specific challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and internal teams.
Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members to enhance their Google Ads and lead generation skills.
Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
