**Job Title: Social Media Strategist**

**Location: Noida, Sector -57**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories tailored to each platform
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns
- Identify trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities to boost engagement and reach
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns (paid campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations)
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (2-5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content
- Experience with social media advertising and campaigns
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus

- Growth in social media followers and engagement rate
- Traffic and conversions generated from social media campaigns
- Quality and consistency of content posted
- ROI from paid social media campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
