**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven **Social Media Strategist** to join our dynamic team You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to elevate our brand presence across platforms. If you have a passion for social media trends, storytelling, and love crafting compelling campaigns that engage audiences, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies**: Create actionable plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation and Curation**: Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce unique, shareable content for various social channels.
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth by building authentic relationships with our audience.
- **Social Media Analytics**: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns to refine strategies and optimize content. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
- **Stay Up-to-Date with Trends**: Keep track of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align social media initiatives with brand goals and product launches.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Social Media Strategist** or similar role.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for each.
- Strong **creative skills** with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in **social media management tools** (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to **analyze metrics** and tweak campaigns based on performance.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, keyword research**, and **Google Analytics** is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
