We're now looking for an experienced
Social Media Strategist
who can bring structure, consistency, and vision to multiple digital brands.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies across
Instagram and YouTube
— not just for Shashank Ayur, but for other creators and influencers we manage. This role blends
creative direction
,
client communication
, and
data-driven strategy
.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Manage posting and brand presence for multiple influencer accounts.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and creators for seamless workflow.
  • Analyze growth metrics and engagement to refine strategy.
  • Communicate directly with clients and ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of proven experience
managing influencer/brand social media accounts.

Strong understanding of
Instagram and YouTube ecosystems
.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to think strategically and lead content direction.


No freshers — only experienced professionals.
