Roles & Responsiilities:
As a Social Media Strategist at Yuvau Digital Company, you will lead the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive digital growth. We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional who can navigate the dynamic landscape of social media to create impactful campaigns and foster meaningful online communities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategy Development
- Devise and implement comprehensive social media strategies in alignment with Yuvau's digital goals and brand identity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform strategy development.
2. Content Planning and Creation
- Collaborate with content creators to craft compelling and shareable content that resonates with Yuvau's audience.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging.
3. Audience Engagement:

- Implement strategies to grow and engage Yuvau's social media audiences.
- Cultivate community relationships, encouraging active participation and feedback.
4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media strategies continually.
5. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and implementing targeted strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
6. Platform Management:

- Stay updated on platform changes and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize Yuvau's presence across various social media platforms.
7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Qualifications:
1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist with a successful track record in the digital space is preferred
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
3. Creativity:

- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and develop innovative social media campaigns.
4. Analytical Skills:

- Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to refine strategies.
- Comfortable using social media analytics tools.
5. Communication:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate social media strategies and results to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
