Job Type: Full-time Onsite (from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories tailored to each platform
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns
  • Identify trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities to boost engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns (paid campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations)
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (2-5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus

  • Growth in social media followers and engagement rate
  • Traffic and conversions generated from social media campaigns
