**Job Title**: Admission Counselor & Marketing Strategist

**Job Overview**:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students, managing admissions processes, and executing successful marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with institutional goals and government regulations, as well as help shape the strategic direction for future growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:Admissions & Counseling**:

- **Lead and Counsel Students**: Provide expert guidance to prospective students on various academic programs, career options, and the admission process.
- **Student Interaction**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group orientations, addressing concerns and offering tailored advice to students and their families.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure the admission process complies with current educational legislation and policies at both the state and federal levels.

**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- **Campaign Development**: Design, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns to attract prospective students. Develop sales-driving collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- **Market Research**: Perform ongoing research to understand market trends, student demographics, and unmet educational needs, using data to shape recruitment strategies.
- **KPI Identification & Tracking**: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and admissions campaigns. Use insights to optimize future initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between counseling and marketing strategies. Facilitate cross-department collaboration to enhance the overall admissions process.

**Team Leadership & Administration**:

- **Training & Development**: Conduct training sessions for the admissions team to ensure they are well-versed in the latest admissions practices, marketing strategies, and customer service techniques.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, student enrollment trends, and demographic profiling. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- At least **5-7 years** of experience in the educational sector, with a focus on **admissions, counseling**, and **marketing**.
- Proven track record of executing successful **marketing campaigns** and driving **student enrollment**.
- Hands-on experience in handling **administrative tasks** related to student admissions and maintaining accurate records.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of the current **educational legislation** and admissions policies at both state and federal levels.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administrative teams.
- **Marketing Expertise**: Expertise in **content development**, **sales-driving collateral**, and understanding of **KPIs** to nurture growth.
- **Decision-Making**: Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital marketing platforms. Comfortable using social media and digital tools for student engagement.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
