
Customer Service Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage our chat-based customer service across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience through live chat and messaging channels on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via chat on various social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to products/services.
- Resolve customer issues, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communication.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, messages, and comments, ensuring timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales) to resolve customer issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed support.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a social media/chat-based role.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once and stay organized.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging tools (e.g., Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
