- **Update resume formatting to make it presentable**
- **Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs**
- **Screening resumes**
- **Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers**
- **Following up on the interview process status**
- **Maintaining relationships with both internal Stake holders to ensure staffing goals are achieved**
- **Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process**
- **Completing timely reports/trackers on employment activity.**
- **Requirements -**_
- **Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills**
- **Excellent time management and organizational skills**
- **Solid verbal and written communication skills**
- **Effective time-management abilities**
- **Flexible to work from office**

**Salary - Negotiable**
