**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Amazon**

**CTC**: ₹32,000 per month (₹29,000 in-hand) + Incentives

**Workdays**: 5 days/week + 2 additional leaves (Total 20 working days/month)

**Experience**: 1 year in voice process mandatory

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally
- Provide excellent support for Amazon services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and politely
- Achieve daily targets and maintain call quality
- Maintain proper records and call logs
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken English (fluent communication mandatory)
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Prior experience of 1 year in a voice process is mandatory
