**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying potential clients in the educational sector.
- Handling service administration tasks and generating reports.
- Providing excellent customer support.
- Assisting with marketing efforts targeted at educational institutions.
- Collaborating across departments to align service strategies.
- Managing schedules and appointments for the service team.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Any graduate or diploma holder can apply.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
