**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Understand the needs and requirements of shippers and consignees to offer tailored transportation solutions.
- Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and terms with clients and carriers to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate and track shipments, providing real-time updates and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure the successful execution of transportation services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client communications in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 2 years of experience in freight brokerage with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Adept at using relevant software and tools in the field of freight brokerage.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- Freight Broker: 2 years (preferred)
