Role Description

Role and responsibilities

Handling Budgeting and Administration of projects.
- Ability to perform a broad array of activities across projects/BU.
- Ability to manage change requests.
- Managing and guiding a team of existing PMOÂ's.
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.
- Maintain Metrics and Reports for Leadership team.
- Suggest and follow implementation of various Best Practices
- Enable new projects by guiding them through organizational processes
- Familiarity with traditional and modern project management frameworks (Agile)
- Understanding of project KPIÂ's and Metrics.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication and listening skills
- Good Knowledge of PM Tools, MS Office Tools
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, to meet the agreed upon SLA for first time resolution.
- Direct unresolved issues to Resolver Groups as appropriate. Escalate tickets as per escalation matrix.
- Provide remote infrastructure support delivery and performing problem cause analysis
- Act as an end user advocate by working directly with users on high priority issues. Anticipate end user needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution and capture feedback to influence process improvements.
- Adherence to policies and procedures, closure of open tickets after resolution Nice to have skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the Knowledge Platforms incl. Content Management Systems.
- Developing functional and technical architecture for platforms.
- Presentation skills for driving awareness and ultimately, adoption of platform.
- Brings sharp focus on features that are solving relevant problems.
- Is agile and iterates fast..
- Flexible working in 24*7 shift environment.
- Sound understanding of inter-relationship of software, hardware, and communications.
- Unparalleled listening and comprehensive capabilities. Ability to keyboard to capture important details for documentation.
- Experience in system hardware configuration, OS, Microsoft O365 suite.

**Working experience on tools Â- ITSM**: Sapphire, JIRA, Remote tools such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Audio Video Conferencing: Zoom, WebEx etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-8 years of total experience, including experience of driving large scale programs.
- MBAs with experience in building knowledge and content systems preferably in consulting firm’s knowledge centers.
