Senior Project Manager

The PMO team is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, execution, and governance to drive consistency and efficiency in project execution.
- Develop and implement PMO standards, methodologies, processes, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency in project execution.
- Assist project managers in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Track project progress, gather data, and generate reports on project performance metrics.
- Identify project risks and issues, and work collaboratively with project teams to develop mitigation strategies and resolutions.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and deliverables meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, prepare presentations, and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to project teams on PMO processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience of all phases of system integration from requirement gathering, design, build, test, deploy, and running the solution in production environment.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Technology/SAP/Pre-Sales domain and exposure to Agile transformation/Scrum Master.
