Project Manager - AI/ML and Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our AI/ML and Data Analytics projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, as well as experience in managing large-scale government projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with hands-on experience in objection handling and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for AI/ML and Data Analytics projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and track progress against project goals
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project success
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Analytics product line, with a focus on managing large government projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with hands-on experience in objection handling and conflict resolution
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
