Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished and hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects related to water and sewage systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in construction execution, team leadership, and site coordination. The ideal candidate will manage multiple facets of project delivery—from initial surveys through commissioning—ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise topographical and site surveys
- Manage end-to-end execution of water and sewage pipeline projects including laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning
- Oversee the construction of utility structures such as office buildings, boundary walls, WTPs, STPs, pump houses, intake wells, GLSRs/UGRs/OHTs
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (pumps, valves) and electrical components related to water infrastructure
- Coordinate with government departments for permits, approvals, billing, and payments
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution while maximizing profitability
- Lead on-site teams, including engineers, supervisors, labor force, and machinery operators
Preferred Skills
- Must have experience in construction of water pipes and sewage areas
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project planning and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with all regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
