Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 
Senior Project Manager
 to take ownership of large-scale solar projects from 
concept to commissioning
. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee execution of solar projects (floating) from start to finish.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan including 
    schedule, resources, and work breakdown structure
    .
  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    safety standards, regulatory approvals, and client requirements
    .
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience
    , preferably in solar/renewable energy or infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; experience managing site teams and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
