PMO Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support project management initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery for our esteemed clients in various industries. Requirements

Position: PMO Consultant

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of PMO processes and standards.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and provide insights for better decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assist in implementing lessons learned.
  • Support the preparation of executive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, etc.) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
