We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing 3D Product Visualization company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales and marketing strategies to increase company's revenue
- Identify and target potential clients, build relationships and maintain regular communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight the company's strengths and differentiate it from competitors
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and operations to ensure the successful delivery of services and products to clients
- Continuously analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management on areas for improvement
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in a 3D product visualization and AR/VR services based company
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
