**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Female Sales Associate** **-voice (tele marketing /cold calling) ** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment for our **UK Customer**.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
- You will be working at a startup for a UK-based client in a challenging environment.
- Potential customers are UK-based businesses
- You will be provided with leads.
- You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
- You just need to book an appointment for our Client. Our client team shall crack the deal.
- Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Cold call potential UK Customers using leads provided to sell Accountancy Services.
- Only Book appointments with Potential UK customers. Our Client will make the Sales pitch.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system-CRM.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales Targets and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience of with outbound calls to UK Customers
- Experienced in Hub spot leads recording and monitoring the whole pipeline from start to end for leads assigned.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar sales/customer service role for UK process is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English - UK accent
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Any Graduate
