**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential students to promote study abroad programs and services.
- Provide detailed information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Build rapport with prospects and assess their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective outreach strategies and enhance engagement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new programs and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
