Telemarketer – Discrete Art Studio Location: Bangalore (On-site) Studio Type: Interior Design & Architecture Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM One weekly off between Tuesday and Thursday Role Overview: The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the studio’s business development by introducing Discrete Art Studio’s design and interior services. The position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and an understanding of design or customer service-oriented industries. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote the studio’s interior design and architecture services. Follow up on inquiries, maintain lead databases, and schedule appointments for the design team. Explain studio portfolios, service range, and project process to interested clients. Maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and communication. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align telemarketing strategies with campaigns. Report daily progress, call status, and client feedback to the team lead or management. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement (experience in interiors or design preferred). Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills. Fluency in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu preferred). Confidence, professionalism, and an interest in design or lifestyle domains. Ability to work evenings and weekends as per the schedule. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
