We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced telemarketer with real estate knowledge to join our team. As a Telemarketer with Real Estate Experience, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and set appointments for our real estate agents. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and convincing them to schedule meetings or property viewings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a telemarketer in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate practices, terminology, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and effective sales techniques to generate leads and set appointments.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads list.
- Introduce our real estate services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to generate interest and set appointments.
- Gather and document accurate client information and requirements.
- Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule appointments or property viewings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property listings, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
