Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell a powerful CRM solution to businesses across India. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a minimum of one year of experience in telemarketing or inside sales, and a passion for helping businesses adopt digital tools to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our CRM solution.
· Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
· Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities through consultative selling.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
· Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and conversions.
· Handle objections and queries professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
· Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve product positioning and messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
· Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Tech-friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in selling SaaS or tech products is a plus.
· Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
