Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. The Telemarketer will also handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to establish rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service experience with a customer-centric approach
  • Sales knowledge and ability to meet targets or KPIs
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
