About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Cold Calling Specialist to engage with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telemarketing and lead generation, with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. The role involves building initial relationships, generating interest in our fintech services, and maintaining accurate outreach records.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to NBFCs and decision-makers.
- Generate leads and create interest in company services.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-up and relationship building.
Required Skills
- Cold Calling & Telemarketing expertise.
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and any one Regional language
- Customer engagement & client retention mindset.
- Basic digital channel awareness (tele & digital outreach).
Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: - 3 Years (Telemarketing / Cold Calling preferred)
- Industry: Open (FinTech/Payments advantage)
