Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Telemarketing Executive with excellent communication skills and basic Arabic language knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting backend sales operations to achieve the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Support backend sales processes including preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Assist in preparing and sending sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and basic Arabic (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
