Job Description: Real Estate Telecaller

The Real Estate Telecaller will handle outbound calls to qualified leads, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups to support the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and provide accurate project information.


• Attend inbound calls and address customer queries with clarity and confidence.


• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.


• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions.


• Ensure every interaction reflects the brand's professionalism and service standards.

Requirements


• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.


• Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.


• Professional grooming and presentation suitable for client-facing communication.


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high call volumes.


• Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is an advantage.
