Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller
to connect with potential customers, explain the benefits of rooftop solar, and set up appointments for our sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in rooftop solar solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and financial savings of switching to solar.
- Capture customer details accurately in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team and follow up to ensure meetings happen.
- Handle inbound queries from interested leads with professionalism.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to all compliance processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service executive (preferably in solar/renewables/energy sector, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in
English + Kannada. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- High level of discipline and consistency in following calling scripts and processes.
CTC:
4.8L per annum (Fixed + Variable)
